Payment and Refund Policy
  • Once the deposit and/or full tuition fee has been paid, the amount is considered non-refundable, except in cases of force majeure, including but not limited to war, pandemic-related travel bans, or natural disasters, which demonstrably prevent participation.
  • All of our educational programs and events are carefully planned in advance, with confirmed teaching schedules, resource allocations, and instructor commitments. Therefore, any requests for changes or accommodations must be communicated by participants no later than three (3) weeks prior to the start of the program. While we will do our best to address such requests, we cannot guarantee full adjustments after this period.
  • In the event that a participant who has paid a deposit or tuition is unable to attend for personal or extraordinary reasons, it is possible, with prior written notice, to nominate a substitute participant from among their acquaintances, subject to the approval of the organizing committee.
