Governing Bodies

1. The governing bodies of the organization are:
   • The Executive Board
   • The Advisory Board 

The Executive Board 

1. The Executive Board shall consist of not more than 10 legal entities. 
2. The Executive Board is responsible for the strategic direction, management, and representation of the organization.
3. The Board shall appoint a Director, Assistant Director, and Treasurer.
4. The Executive Board is the supreme governing body. 
5. It shall convene at least once annually and may hold extraordinary meetings as necessary.
6. Decisions are made by a simple majority unless otherwise specified.

The Advisory Board

1. The Advisory Board shall consist of an unlimited number of individuals who support the objectives of the organization and bring valuable expertise or experience.
2. Members of the Advisory Board may choose their level of involvement in the organization, collaborating with the Executive Board as they see fit.
3. Advisory Board members have the rights and opportunities to:
   • Give lectures and courses organized by the academy.
   • Utilize office facilities provided by the organization.
   • Have their professional profiles publicly available on the organization’s website.
4. Advisory Board members are encouraged to promote the academy and its activities within their networks.
5. Appointment to the Advisory Board is at the discretion of the Executive Board.

Final Provisions

1. Any matters not covered by this statute shall be governed by the applicable laws of Greece.
